If you receive such calls or messages, please remain vigilant and do not trust instructions from unknown callers. If you have any doubts, please contact OOMPH customer service immediately or call the National Police Agency's 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for verification.
If you receive calls displaying prefixes such as "+", "+2", or "+886", please be especially cautious, as these may indicate manipulated phone numbers or impersonation of specific companies, banks, or legal authorities. Do not click on any unknown links or accept friend requests from unfamiliar LINE contacts.
Common scams may include tactics like "duplicate orders" or "mistaken installment payments" to gain consumer trust, followed by requests for online banking or ATM operations. If it concerns bank accounts, please call your bank directly. If a call requests you to perform operations related to your accounts or provide information, please refuse to do so to minimize the risk of fraud.
We also recommend regularly changing your passwords and strengthening password security (using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters and numbers), and avoiding entering your account details on public computers to enhance information security.
